Refund policy

1. ALL SALES ARE FINAL Due to the heavy logistics, the nature of the gym machinery, and our strict operational protocols, all purchases made on fulcrogym.com are strictly and irrevocably final. The Company does not accept returns of any kind. No refunds, partial refunds, or product exchanges will be issued under any circumstances, regardless of whether the product has been shipped, delivered, or unboxed.

2. NO CANCELLATIONS OR BUYER'S REMORSE Once an order has been placed and payment has been processed, the order cannot be modified or canceled. We do not offer refunds for "buyer's remorse," changes of mind, incorrect measurements taken by the Buyer, or dissatisfaction with the aesthetic design of the received product.

3. "AS IS" MERCHANDISE In accordance with Article 3 of our General Terms and Conditions, all items are sold "AS IS" and "WHERE IS." The Company assumes no responsibility and will grant no refunds for alleged defects, aesthetic imperfections, or damages incurred during third-party transit. It is the Buyer's sole responsibility to ensure they wish to purchase the item before completing the transaction.

4. CHARGEBACKS AND DISPUTES By completing a purchase on the Site, the Buyer acknowledges and agrees to this definitive "No Refund" policy. Any attempt to circumvent this policy by initiating a chargeback, bank reversal, or PayPal dispute will be considered a breach of contract. The Company will vigorously defend against any such disputes using this agreed-upon document as proof of the finality of the sale. Buyers initiating frivolous chargebacks will be permanently banned from the Site and may face legal action to recover lost funds and administrative costs.
