Informativa sulle spedizioni

1. PRODUCTION AND LEAD TIMES Due to the specialized nature of our gym machinery and our operational protocols, all items are processed, manufactured, and prepared for dispatch only upon order confirmation and receipt of full payment. Buyers must expect a standard mandatory lead time of 3 to 4 months (approximately 12 to 16 weeks) from the date of purchase to final delivery. This timeframe is strictly necessary to account for the manufacturing process, structural testing, and the complex logistics required for oversized cargo.

2. CRATE PACKAGING AND FREIGHT LOGISTICS Our equipment is exceptionally heavy and voluminous. To ensure structural integrity during transit, all machinery is securely packed into large, custom-built wooden crates. Due to the extreme weight and dimensions of these crates, standard postal or courier services are not utilized. All orders are dispatched via specialized heavy freight forwarders.

3. CURBSIDE DELIVERY ONLY All shipments are strictly limited to "Curbside Delivery" (or commercial loading dock delivery, where applicable). The freight carrier will unload the crate at the edge of the Buyer’s property only. Under no circumstances will the carrier unpack the crate, dispose of the wooden packaging, assemble the machinery, or transport the goods inside a building or residential premises. It is the Buyer's sole and exclusive responsibility to arrange for the necessary heavy-lifting equipment (e.g., forklifts, pallet jacks) and personnel to move the unboxed machinery to its final location.

4. SHIPPING DELAYS AND ESTIMATES The 3 to 4-month timeframe is an estimate and is not legally binding. Fulcro shall not be held liable for any delays caused by manufacturing bottlenecks, port congestions, customs holds, raw material shortages, or global supply chain disruptions. A delay in the estimated delivery window does not constitute a breach of contract and does not entitle the Buyer to cancel the order, initiate a chargeback, or demand a refund.

5. REFUSAL OF DELIVERY AND ABANDONED CARGO The Buyer must ensure they have the logistical capacity to receive the oversized crate prior to ordering. If the Buyer refuses delivery of the crate for any reason—including lack of space, inability to move the heavy cargo, or unwillingness to pay any applicable local import duties—the shipment will be deemed abandoned. In such events, in strict adherence to our final sale policy, absolutely no refunds will be issued. Furthermore, the Buyer will be held financially liable for any storage fees, return freight charges, or disposal costs incurred by the Company.
