Designed to maximize hypertrophy and ensure impeccable muscle activation, the FLEX Chest Press combines the natural and fluid feel of free weights with the safety of high-load isotonic machines. The pressing angle is calibrated to the millimeter to deeply and precisely isolate the pectoral muscles, drastically reducing stress on the shoulder joints and tendons.
In the various Upgrades:

Dual Multi-Grip Handle: The handles offer two grip options (pronated and neutral) to vary pressing angles and shift focus to different parts of the pectoralis major and triceps. This versatility allows the exercise to be adapted to one's joint mobility, optimizing muscle activation and maintaining a safe and comfortable alignment for wrists and elbows.

Independent Iso-Lateral Movement: Separate leverage arms prevent the dominant side from compensating for the weaker one. This allows for asymmetrical work, correcting imbalances and ensuring optimal peak contraction.

Easy Start Mechanism: A fundamental element for managing maximal loads. Through a convenient pre-load lever, the arms are pushed forward into the ideal starting position. This system eliminates dangerous external rotation of the shoulder when lifting the weight from the bottom dead center, allowing the exercise to be started and finished under strain without risking tears or joint trauma.
