The plate-loaded Leg Press features a mobile footplate for a greater knee and hip ROM (reducing stress on the ankles). The adjustable back pad allows for customization of hip ROM and helps reduce strain on the lower back. The optional "weight horn" is perfect for those who want to lift heavy loads. Our Torque Arm Technology offers the unique ability to manipulate the resistance profile to overload different areas of the movement.
