The PRM Plate Loaded Hack Squat offers numerous adjustment options to optimize setup and comfort. Details such as the adjustable backrest allow the user to position themselves with greater hip flexion, creating a glute- and hamstring-dominant squat variation. Another highlight is the innovative 10-setting resistance band anchor system, which provides convenient options for using bands, including in a reverse banding configuration.
Further features include:
-
Precision-angled shoulder pads to reduce stress on the upper back and neck
-
Adjustable footplate (8 settings)
-
High-density concave nylon wheels on a 35-degree inclined stainless steel rail system
-
Adjustable bottom safety stop to ensure maximum protection for users of different heights and with varying ranges of motion (12 settings with 1" / 2.5 cm increments)
-
4-position engagement/disengagement mechanism to accommodate users of any height
