HMR | Iso-Lateral Wide Chest Press

The HMR Iso-Lateral Wide Chest is designed to develop powerful pushing strength from an upright, controlled seated position. The wide starting position allows for a deep stretch and a strong contraction, while the converging arms follow a natural pressing arc, maximizing chest engagement.

Designed to offer maximum versatility, it comfortably accommodates athletes with larger builds while maintaining the independent limb movement for which Fulcro is renowned, helping to correct imbalances and promote balanced strength development. Whether the goal is mass, power, or pure pressing performance, the Iso-Lateral Wide Chest offers an unmatched combination of range of motion, stability, and intensity.
