HMR | Plate-Loaded Iso-Lateral Chest/Back

The HMR Iso-Lateral Chest / Back machine embodies our philosophy that for every pushing movement, there is a pulling one. This dual-function machine allows athletes to transition seamlessly from chest press to lat pulldown, offering targeted strength training for both pushing and pulling patterns.

Thanks to its independent, unilateral movement, it ensures balanced muscle development for both the chest and back, making it an ideal addition for those training at home who want to take their home gym to the next level.
