HMR | Iso-Lateral Flat Bench Press

The HMR Iso-Lateral Horizontal Bench Press offers a natural, explosive pushing motion that elevates traditional bench press training. Designed to position athletes as if on a standard bench, this machine enhances pushing mechanics with a 5-degree angled seat for optimal body positioning and superior power transfer.
Unlike a barbell, the independent, converging and diverging motion arms allow for a more dynamic and sport-specific push, building balanced strength that translates to real-world performance.
