HMR | Iso-Lateral Chest Press

The HMR Loaded Iso-Lateral Chest Press offers an ergonomic, converging and diverging pushing motion that traditional barbells cannot replicate. Designed for an upright seated position, this machine allows for independent limb movement, promoting balanced strength development while reducing joint stress.

The path of motion replicates the natural pushing line of the human body, enhancing muscle activation and ensuring a smoother, more controlled lift. Built with Fulcro's renowned durability, this machine is ideal for athletes seeking a biomechanically optimized bench press experience, combined with the feel and freedom of plate-loaded training.
