HMR | Standing Shoulder Press

Built for pure power and explosive performance, the HMR Standing Shoulder Press is the definitive original model: no imitations, no compromises. While racks attempt (unsuccessfully) to replicate its movement, only the Jammer offers the perfect combination of convergent and divergent trajectory, unlocking authentic athletic pushing power.

Designed in the 90s and still unmatched today, it represents the absolute benchmark for developing strength, power, and explosiveness on the field. When it comes to training like a true athlete, there are no substitutes.
