HMR | Pendulum-X Squat

The HMR Plate Loaded Pendulum-X Squat is built for serious athletes and lifters who demand the most from their lower body training. Unlike traditional pendulum squats that limit hip extension and overload the knees, the Pendulum-X drives total body extension for unparalleled power and performance.

Its patented movement dynamically shifts the resistance—lighter at the bottom where you are weakest and heavier at the top where you generate maximum force—creating the perfect strength curve for explosive results. Engineered for elite athletes, this machine builds stronger legs, powerful hips, and next-level performance.
