HMR | Leg Extension

The HMR Leg Extension offers an ergonomic and biomechanically precise extension movement that traditional free weights cannot replicate. Designed for a perfectly stabilized seated posture, this machine allows for independent limb movement, promoting balanced quadriceps strength development while reducing stress on the knee joint. The trajectory follows the natural joint mechanics of the leg, maximizing muscle activation and ensuring a smooth, controlled lift throughout the entire range of motion. Built with the brand’s legendary durability, this machine is ideal for athletes seeking biomechanically optimized lower-body isolation while maintaining the feel and freedom of plate-loaded training.
